ToSpek didn't start in a pitch deck. It started in eastern North Carolina, in the cab of an excavator, with a phone buzzing in a pocket and no good way to answer it.
Cody Kubinak, founder of ToSpek, is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former law enforcement officer who built a 7-figure excavation and trucking company from the ground up. Machines, crews, grading, septic, clearing, hauling. The work was good. The software was the problem.
The CRMs were built for plumbers and HVAC techs in vans. The takeoff tools were desktop-bound, brutal to learn, and cost thousands a year. Nothing off the shelf understood a company moving dirt, equipment, and dump-truck loads.
So Cody built his own. Lead flow, scheduling, time tracking, employee management, invoicing, and cloud takeoffs, all in one place, with AI grinding the busywork. It ran his company first. It booked real jobs first. It got tested in the dirt before anyone else ever touched it.

When you run ToSpek, you're not buying a generalist tool with a trades skin bolted on. You're running the exact system that runs Cody's company.
Military discipline, applied to software. That's where the name comes from: every job, to spec.
Excavation. Landscaping. Hauling. Depth beats breadth.
If it doesn't survive a real job site, it doesn't ship.
